间质异型核细胞型鼻息肉2例分析及文献复习

Two cases analysis and literature review of interstitial allotype nucleus cell polyps

通过对新疆煤矿总医院就诊的2例间质异型核细胞型息肉的活检标本进行临床病理分析，提示间质异型核细胞型息肉易被误诊为横纹肌肉瘤和纤维肉瘤等肉瘤，要注意鉴别。鉴别方法是：此型息肉的间质内有大小不等的异型核细胞散在，异型核细胞呈梭形，有丰富的嗜酸性胞浆，核大，染色质深，甚至有怪异的巨核细胞，这种细胞表达Vimentin，肌特异性抗体和平滑肌肌动蛋白，此外，还与角蛋白（Keratin）反应，但对结蛋白（desmin）、肌球蛋白（myoglobin），S100，GFAP不反应。透视电镜发现其既有纤维母细胞又有肌细胞的特点。

This paper clinicopathologically analyses 2 cases of patient with interstitial allotype nucleus cell polyps in Xinjiang Coal Mine General Hospital. It is mentioned that interstitial allotype nucleus cell polyps is often misdiagnosed as rhabdomyosarcoma and fibrosarcoma. Identification must be paid attention . Identification method： the polyps has various allotype nucleus cell, which is spindle and eosinophilic cytoplasm, even has strange megakaryoeyte. The cell is Vimentin. Besides, it reacts to Keratin, but no react to desmin, myoglobin, S100,GFAP. It has characteristics of both fibroblast and cells by electrical penetration.
