摘要
阐述了植物修复技术的含义,即利用植物去修复和消除有机毒物和无机毒物引起的土壤环境污染。介绍了对有机污染物修复的方法:①根收获,②叶表挥发,③植物降解;对无机污染物修复的方法:①收获生物量或将污染物进行生物挥发从而将污染物移出土体,②将污染物转变成为无生物活性的形态。收获生物量对于回收某些贵重金属是很有价值的。基因工程技术以及农业技术的综合运用可以更好地促进植物修复的效果。
Using plants to remediate soil contamination caused by harmful organic and inorganic wastes, phyto remediation is being appreciated, several ways are used in the remediation of organic contaminants:(1)root-harvesting techniques, (2) volatilization from leaf surfaces, (3)degradation in the plant (root/rhizosphere), and methods for remediation of inorganic contaminants mainly are: (1) removal of the contaminants from the soil system by removing the biomass or by contaminant volatilization, (2) conversion of the inorganic contaminants into a biologically inert form, harvesting the biomass proves to be valuable in recovering some precious metals. And application of genetic engineering technology and agronomy technology will enhance the effects of phytoremediation.
