Study on Sustainable Utilization of Water Resources in Qinhuangdao

秦皇岛市地处严重缺水的华北地区，其水资源开发利用及其引起的生态环境变化是关系到该市社会经济可持续发展的关键问题。本文全面分析了秦皇岛市水自然环境及资源特征，开发利用现状及需求，以及水资源开发利用带来的生态环境问题，并提出了实现该市水资源持续利用的主要对策。

Qinhuangdao is located in north China with the poorest water resources in China.The environment influence caused by water resources development is the key problem concerning the sustainable development of this city.This paper analyses the characteristic of natural environment and water resources, its present using situation and the future demand,and the eco environment problems.The countermeasures of sustainable utilization of water resources in thd future are put forward.
