摘要
利用生物滴滤塔对含H_2S和NH_3气体的处理进行了中试研究。经培养驯化的活性污泥在生物滴滤塔上挂膜后,对H_2S和NH_3的去除率分别达85%和90%以上,处理后NH_3出口质量浓度小于0.2 mg/m^3、H_2S出口质量浓度小于0.001 mg/m^3,均达到GB14554—93《恶臭污染物排放标准》和TJ36—79《工业企业设计卫生标准》。对装置连续运行的稳定性研究表明,NH_3和H_2S的去除率均能保持稳定。
The pilot study on treatment of mixed gas containing H2S and NH3 was carried out in a trickling biofilter. After the biofilm with acclimated activated sludge has formed in the trickling biofilter, the removal rates of n2s and NH3 are over 85% and 90% respectively, and the mass concentrations of nES and NH3 in the exhaust are under 0.2 mg/m^3 and 0. 001 mg/m^3 respectively, which can meet the national emission standards of GB 14554 - 93 and the industrial sanitation standards of TJ 36 - 79. The results of the study on the stability of the trickling biofilter at continuous operation indicate that the removal rates of H2 S and NH3 are stable.
