摘要
阐述企业竞争情报采集与反应的重要性。运用博弈论中的古诺模型,分析处于竞争状态中的两个企业,比较具有相同和不同竞争情报能力条件下,企业可获得的收益和投入产出比,并据此推断应当采取的措施,为企业制定合理的竞争情报战略提供参考。
This paper mainly elaborates the importance of collecting and response of enterprise competitive intelligence, and applies the Cournot model of game theory to analysis the input-and-output ratio of two competitive enterprises during the process of collecting and response competitive intelligence. It also compares enterprise with different levels of competitive intelligence, the amount of revenue received and the strategy should be applied. It will be a practicable reference for enterprise to make reasonable competitive intelligence strategy.
