基于投影寻踪模型的科技期刊学术水平评价研究

选取8个能综合反映科技期刊学术水平的指标,用投影寻踪模型对我国农业类大学学报的学术水平进行综合分析。结果表明:投影寻踪模型所确定的各指标的投影方向避免了权重的主观赋值所带来的弊端,综合特征值能客观反映期刊实际学术水平,为科技期刊学术水平评价提供了一种新的方法和思路。

This paper chooses eight indexes to analyze the sci-tech periodicals of agriculture university by PPC model. The outcome shows that each indexes weight in PPC can avoid the subjective problem and comprehensive value that reflects the actual level of sci-tech periodicals. PPC model provides a new method and thought on comprehensive evaluation on academic index of sei-teeh periodicals.
