分析了爱尔兰创新券的目的、使用方法和应用情况,并针对南京实际,探讨了开展基于需求的创新券应用的启示和建议,以充分发挥科教人才资源优势,加快高科技产业发展。
The goal, application method and operation practice of innovation vouchers in Ireland were analyzed, and based on practical situations of Nanjing, the application of demand-driven innovation voucher program was suggested so as to make full use of Nanjing＇s rich scientific ＆ technological resources and high-rank talents, and speed up the development of hi-tech industries in Nanjing.
