摘要
变频器控制系统常见的故障类型主要有过电流、短路、接地、过电压、欠电压、电源缺相、变频器内部过热、变频器过载、电动机过载、CPU异常、通信异常等,当发生这些故障时,变频器保护会立即动作并停机,并显示故障代码或故障类型,大多数情况下可以根据显示的故障代码迅速找到故障原因并排除故障。但也有一些故障的原因是多方面的,并不是由单一原因引起的,因此需要从多个方面查找,逐一排除才能找到故障点。
