摘要
借助于大型非线性有限元分析软件MSC.MARC,建立了汽车传动轴橡胶防尘罩的非线性有限元分析模型。根据橡胶材料的本构模型Mooney-R ivlin得到有限元模型中材料特性参数的确定方法,求出有限元分析模型的材料参数,在此基础上分析了橡胶防尘罩在不同工况下的变形和应力分布规律,为进一步可靠设计、优化橡胶防尘罩提供了理论依据。
With the help of commercial nonlinear finite element analysis code MSC. Marc, a nonlinear finite element model for rubber Dust Cap is set up. According to the Mooney-Rivlin model, the definite method of the coefficient for material model is obtained and the coefficient used in finite element model was achieved, The deformation and strength of dust cap under working condition are computed. It provides a theoretical base for designing and optimizing of rubber Dust Cap.
