摘要
区域流量控制是区调处理流量控制事件的主要方法。分析了国内外流量管理方法的不同之处,在现有区域流量控制方法基础上提出一种改进的流量控制方法,不同时段针对不同入口实施不同限制,并考虑了区域内机场的起飞航班,采用所述算法得出了具体的控制策略。最后仿真计算了这种控制策略下西安02号扇区的延误情况,并与现有的控制方法进行比较,结果表明改进后的控制策略大大降低了航班延误,具有一点的有效性和实用性。
The main method of dealing with the flow control event for the area controller is an area flow control.In this paper,the difference of the foreign and domestic methods of the flow management was analyzed,on the basis of the existent method of area traffic flow control,an optimized strategy of flow control was proposed.Using the different restrict to the different entrance of area in different period of time,and the departure flights in the area were considered in this paper.The control strategy was got after using the arithmetic in the paper. With this control strategy, the delay of Xi' an 02 sector was calculated, and compared it with the existent control strategy. The result shows the improved strategy decrease the delay of flight greatly, it is valid and practicable.
