摘要
利用电压型变频调速系统的基本原理,对滤波电容参数进行计算和正确选择,打破了传统传动系统中工程人员的经验公式,引入逆变器开关策略和负荷特性进行计算,导出电容在工作过程中充放电电流的规律,并给出了工程计算公式,此公式简单,物理概念比较清楚。经实验证明,此工程计算公式可用于工程实际中的中小功率变频调速系统滤波电容参数的计算中。
Using basic principles of voltage- variable frequency speed regulation system, parameters of the filter capacitor is calculated and correct selected, formula of engineers in traditional transmission system is break through, the switching strategy of inverter is given and load characteristics are calculated,in the course of capacitance charge and discharge current laws, the formula is simple and clear physical concept, the experiment proves that this formula works in practice can be used for projects of small and medium - sized power inverter filter capacitor speed control system for calculating the parameters.
