摘要
在容积为10.5 m3的装置中,采用A/三级MBBR工艺对炼油废水的处理进行了中试研究。考察了中试装置对炼油废水中CODCr、NH4+—N的去除率。结果表明,采用A/三级MBBR工艺生化反应停留时间(14.3 h)远低于现有炼油废水处理厂的生化反应停留时间(66 h),对COD和NH4+—N的平均去除率分别达到92.4%和99.8%,具有处理效率高、停留时间短的特点,出水水质达到了《国家综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)中的一级排放标准。
The combination process of A/three MBBR was used to treat the oil refinery wastewater.In this pilot research,the removal rate of the CODCr & ammonia nitrogen are investigated.The results indicate that in the process of A/three MBBR the removal efficiency of the COD and NH4+—N are 92.4% and 99.8% on the condition of HRT 14.3 h,which is much lower than 66 h.The combination process has the features of high removal rate and low HRT.The outwater quality could reach the first level of emission standards《National Comprehensive Emission Standard《( GB8978--1996 ).
