Environmental Risk Indication Study for Engineering Project

对工程项目的环境风险评价提出了一套可操作的较系统的环境风险表征指标体系,在危险品特性数据应用、危险源确定、事故概率与事故强度估算、环境风险对策择优等方面,进行了一定的理论探讨,并在此基础上提出了较为切合实际的计算(处理)方法。

Based on the prevalent problems of Environmental risk assessment in engineering project, a practical system for environmental risk indication has been put forward, and the theories on application of dangerous substances characteristic data, definition of dangerous sources, evaluation of probability and intensity of accidents, priority selection of environmental risk countermeasure etc. have also been studied, and the calculating methods which fitted for the practice were proposed.
