摘要
汽油的烃组成,特别是烯烃、芳烃和苯含量,是汽油产品的重要质量指标,基于现行方法测定这些项目存在精密度较差、分析周期长等问题,采用多维气相色谱技术尝试测定了延长石油集团永坪炼油厂成品汽油和汽油馏分中的烯烃、芳烃和苯含量。成品汽油中烯烃、芳烃和苯含量(φ)重复测定6次的最大偏差分别为0.5%,0.3%,0.02%。新方法的使用在提高测定准确性和精密度的同时极大地提高了工作效率并降低了实验费用,为汽油产品质量和生产装置的平稳运行提供了更可靠的保障。
Gasoline components,such as the contents of olefins, aromatics and benzene,are the important quality indexes in gasoline specifications. Due to the long testing period and hard to reach high precision of the conventional test method, a multidimensional gas chromatographic(MGC)test method was used to determine the hydrocarbon components of gasoline product and related fractions including naphtha,FCC gasoline and reforming gasoline at Yongping Refinery of Yanchang Petroleum Group. The results showed that when using MGC method to determine the contents of olefins, aromatics and benzene in gasoline product, the maximum deviations were 0.5 %,0.3 % and 0.02 %, respectively. The test results of using MGC method were in good agreement with the conventional test method, even with better precision and accuracy. Besides,the application of MGC method significantly shortened the test time and lowered the cost.
