摘要
以凹凸棒土为主要原料合成凹凸棒复合滤料,并对其对亚甲基蓝的静态吸附性能进行研究。实验研究了吸附时间、吸附剂投加量、初始浓度、pH值及温度对凹凸棒复合滤料对亚甲基兰吸附效果的影响,并对吸附结束后的凹凸棒复合滤料进行再生实验。结果表明,凹凸棒复合滤料吸附亚甲基蓝在1.5 h可达平衡。在温度为30℃条件下,吸附剂对20 mg/L亚甲基兰溶液吸附率可达99.36%。吸附等温线可用Langmuir方程描述,吸附速率方程符合准二级动力学方程。凹凸棒复合滤料通过再生后可以反复使用。
Batch experiments were carried out to investigate the adsorption of methylene blue on attapulgite composite material. The influence of adsorption time, adsorbent dosage, initial concentration, pH, temperature an adsorption-reqeneration of Methylone Blue were studied. The results showed that the adsorption of methylene blue on attapulgite composite material achieved equilibrium through 1.5h. At 30℃, the initial concentration of solution 20mg/L, the adsorption rate can reach 99.36%. The adsorption isotherms could be modeled by Langmuir equation. The adsorption rate could be described by quasi-second-order kinetics equation. Attapulgite composite material has high recycling rate after regeneration.
