摘要
本文对J422焊条再引弧性能的影响因素及其机理进行了研究。试验研究结果表明,焊条的再引弧性能,主要取决于其药皮中活性TiO2的含量,并受大理石(CaCO3)的制约。而焊条再引弧的导电原因,则是焊条药皮套筒内熔渣中存在亚稳定的中间产物TiO及其放出的自由电子。
The factors of effect on restriking and restriking mechanism of J422 electrode are investigated in this paper. The results indicate that the restriking property of the electrode depends on the content of active TiO2 and is impacted by CaCO3 ,the electric conduction in the restriking is attributed to the metastable intermediates in the slags which exist in electrode coating muff and some free electrons produced.
