摘要
钛合金具有密度低、比强度高、抗腐蚀能力强和中温性能稳定等优点在舰船行业中被广泛应用。但钛合金的低硬度和低耐磨性能以及抗高温氧化性能差使它的应用受到了限制。通过表面改性的方法进一步提高钛合金表面的相应性能成为研究的热点。本文介绍了船用钛合金在提高耐磨性能和抗氧化性能的表面改性技术的研究现状和发展趋势。
Titanium and its alloys are widely used in warship building due to their low density, high specific strength, stable performanee at moderate temperatures, and superior corrosion resistance etc, but the use of titanium alloys is limited for its low hardness,poor wear-resistance and poor oxidation-resistanceat at high temperature. So surface modification is necessary to improve the wear-resistantce and oxidation-resistantee of the alloys. The researches at home and abroad on warship titanium alloy surface treatment are introduced.
