摘要
春魁甘蓝花期喷一定浓度NaCl溶液可显著提高花期自交不亲和指教,尽管与蕾期人工授粉结籽率尚有一定差距,但在人工比较紧张、劳动力成本较高的情况下,完全可以采用花期喷5%NaCl溶液加0.3%硼砂水溶液的办法进行春魁自交不亲和系繁殖。
Spraying NaCl of certain concentration on cabbages in blooming could obviously increase the index number of Self-incompatibility. It can spray the 5%NaCl and 0.3%borax to propagate the self-incompatible lines of＂Chunkui＂.This way could solve the problems of lacking of money and labors,although the gap of seed set ration of artificial pollination still existed.
