摘要
本文从活性炭表面液膜内的物质传递规律出发,通过适当的假定及变量统一,推导出表征活性炭吸附性能的容积传质系数求解公式。得到的容积传质系数单位是kg/s.m3=g/s.dm3。利用所求得的数据,在传质单元高度及吸附带宽度计算中得到恰当的数量级,为容积传质系数的确定提供新的途径。本文作者通过对厌氧污泥吸附试验结果的分析,进一步证明了所推导公式的可靠性。
In this article, we infered formula expressing volume transfer coefficient(VTC) through appropriate hypothesis and variable unity from law of surface liquid membrane mass transfer. According to this formula, the straight line through zero point was obtained after experiment data analysis. The nuit of VTC was kg/s·m 3=g/s·dm 3. The suilable order of magnitude derived from the calculation of transfer unit height and absorption band width using VTC formula provides a new path for determination of VTC. The authors analysed anaerobic sludge absorption. Through the analyse of anaerobic sludge adsorption test results.
