摘要 为提高中石油某装置的汽油产率,首先对催化裂化装置建立原料性质、操作条件、设备参数相关的关联模型,然后以该关联模型为基础,针对装置原料性质及加工量变化状况,在设备能力的约束条件下,采用一种通用性较强的方法,序列无约束极小化方法(SUMT)优化催化裂化装置的操作条件。在对生产过程进行模拟和优化之后,仅通过改变操作条件就可以提高汽油产率,满足了企业要求,有效提高了企业的经济效益。 To increase the gasoline yield, satisfy production requirement for one enterprise in CNPC, correlation model of the raw material properties, operation conditions, equipments parameters has been built first, then based on the model, regarding change of raw material properties and amount, restriction of equipment capacity sequential unconstrained minimization technique (SUMT) is used to optimize operation conditions in FCCU. After the model of production process has been built and optimized, the gasoline yield can be increased by only changing operation conditions, it has satisfied the requirement of the enterprise and increased economic benefit of the enterprise.
