摘要
基于涠洲海上采油平台的一个项目,阐述了Modbus协议的特点和应用过程,介绍了DCS与PLC通过Modbus协议进行实时通讯的实现,对2个系统硬件组成、通讯卡件配置、连接以及软件组态方面作了较为详细的介绍。该系统已投入运行,通讯性能稳定,安全可靠,对其他同类型控制系统具有借鉴和推广作用。
Based on a project of Weizhou offshore Oil production platform, the features and application process of Modbus protocol are presented. The realization of communication between DCS and PLC through Modbus is introduced. The hardware frameworks of DCS and PLC systems, the configuration of the communicating cards and the link between them, and software configuration are provided in detail. This system has been implemented and the result shows that the communication is more stable, much safer and it can be as an reference for other similar control systems.
