肿瘤细胞凋亡与宫颈癌演进的关系

The Relationship Between Tumor Cell Apoptosis and Cervical Carcinoma Progression

目的定量检测宫颈癌癌变过程中细胞凋亡状况,分析肿瘤细胞凋亡与宫颈癌癌变演进过程的关系及生物学意义。方法经病理组织学诊断的宫颈癌标本65例,TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡,免疫组化LSAB法检测凋亡相关蛋白Caspase-3的表达。结果宫颈癌癌变过程中细胞凋亡指数逐渐升高。在浸润癌中随着癌分化程度的降低,肿瘤细胞凋亡指数逐渐降低。Caspase-3阳性细胞率和宫颈癌演进的过程有关。结论细胞凋亡贯穿了宫颈癌发生发展全过程,是肿瘤演进的一个重要指标。

Objective To quantitatively determine the apoptosis rate and value the apoptotic functions in cervical carcinoma canceration and carcinoma progression.Methods Apoptosis index was detected by TUNEL assay.Immunochemistry LSAB was adopted for detecting apoptosis related protein caspase-3.Results Apoptosis index increased gradually in cervical carcinoma canceration but decreased gradually during carcinoma progression.The expressions of caspase-3 correlated with the canceration and progression of cervical carcinoma.Conclusion The results suggest that the apoptosis should play an important role in cervical carcinoma cancerization and progression.The apoptosis probably is a vital prognostic indicator.
