基于绩效支付的方法与评价 被引量：4

摘要 面对社会各界对降低卫生服务成本、提高卫生服务质量的呼声越来越高,一些国家采取了按绩效支付方式。本文系统介绍了英国和美国实施此种支付方式的过程,并对其实施效果进行了考证,随之提出实施过程中面临的问题,最后总结了对我国的启示。
