摘要
分析认为大部分爆破震动导致的工程事故都是由于没有根据具体的保护对象制定合理的震动安全判据所致,通过大帽山小净距隧道群的工程实践,基于岩体爆炸损伤模型,通过DYNA软件将现场监测的震动速度转化为爆炸压力,再将爆炸压力传递给用UDEC软件实现的各向异性岩体损伤模型,模拟不同峰值震动速度下围岩的损伤范围,得到大帽山小净距隧道群Ⅲ级围岩段的爆破震动安全判据为25cm/s。此工作可为今后类似工程的实施提供参考和借鉴。
It is considered that the reason for most accidents in blasting engineering is that the logical safety criterion of blasting vibration for the protected project has not been instituted.Taking Damaoshan tunnel groups with small clear space as an example,based on the damage model of rock blasting.The vibration velocity from in-situ monitoring can be transformed into explosion pressure through software DYNA,then to transfer this pressure into anisotropic damage model of rock realized by UDEC software.The area of wall rock is simulated at different peak vibration velocity by DYNA and UDEC software. Safety criterion for blasting vibration of class Ⅲ surrounding rock is gained. The in - situ blasting experiment and monitoring indicate that it is logical to take the safety criterion for blasting vibration as 25cm/s. The work presented can be referred in similar project.
