高炉煤气联合循环发电在太钢的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对高炉煤气联合循环发电系统构成、原理进行介绍,从联合循环发电机组的发展历史出发,综合分析通过大量调查得到的世界各主要生产厂家相关机型情况及其特点,进一步提出针对企业实际情况,采用低热值的高炉煤气采用联合循环发电机组的必要性和可行性。经过优化比选确定高炉煤气联合发电机组机型、两轴式系统配置,对太钢高炉煤气联合发电机组工艺流程及其主要设备性能参数进行介绍。对项目本身的经济效益和环保效益进行了总结。 In this paper,the author introduced the composition and principle of a blast furnace gas combined cycle generation system,gained the interrelated types and features of major manufacturers in the world according to the developmental history of combined cycle generating sets,through comprehensive analysis and a great deal of investigations.Further,the author presented the essentiality and feasibility that the blast furnace gas with lower calorific value should be adopted in a combined cycle generating set according to producers' practical situation.Through optimization,the author determined the types of blast furnace gascombined cycle generating sets and two-shaft-type of system configuration,and introduced the process flow,major equipment and performance parameters of TISCO's blast furnace gascombined cycle generating sets.The author also summarized both economic and environmental protection benefits of this project.
