采用异频雷达测速测量法,分析王北星与珍妮沃夫年度世界杯比赛的速度特点,研究表明王北星500m比赛的制胜关键在最后200m。认为王北星在短时间内弥补起跑爆发力上与对手的差距,其难度相对较大,如果王北星与珍妮沃夫在同一组比赛时,起跑落后,特别是38m后差距拉大不要有心理负担。提出王北星要发挥单圈速度好的长处,加强细节训练。

With the method of different frequency radar speed measurement, the article analyzes the subsection speed feature of WANG Bei - xing and Jenny Wolf in world cup 500m speed skating eompetition. The result shows the last 200m section is the key for WANG Bei -xing to get the upper hand of 500m competition. It thinks that it＇s difficult for WANG Bei xing to make up the gap of start explosive power in short time. When she competes with Jenny Wolf in same group, it suggests that WANG Bei - xing should relax the psychological status when she drops behind the opponent, especially when the gap becomes longer from 38m. It thinks that WANG Bei - xing should bring the advantage of single loop speed into play and reinforce the training of detail.
