摘要
本文使用孔径为0.2μm和0.4μm的核径迹-蚀刻膜通过膜的静态吸附、改变膜孔径、过滤次数等考察了蛋白质溶液在微滤过程中对膜的污染问题,对造成膜污染的机理进行了初步探索。结果表明,过滤过程中膜对蛋白质的剪切作用是形成膜污染的主要因素之一。考察了蠕动泵的输送对膜污染的影响,并通过用简单反向清洗方法消除膜污染得出不同情况下的污染部位。
Study of microfiltration membrane fouling was carried out with 0.2μm and 0.4μm Nuclepore track-etching membranes and BSA. The cause of fouling is discussed by BSA static adsorption on membrane with varying filtration times and different pore size. It is concluded that shear stress of membrane aggainst protein molecules is a important factor in the formation of fouling. Effect of pumping on fouling was considered. Fouling on membrane surface was investigated by back-washing method.
