摘要
为推动和完善吉林省短道速滑后备人才培养机制和运行手段,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑推理等方法,对吉林省短道速滑后备人才培养现状进行研究。研究表明:吉林省短道速滑后备人才的培养主要在长春、吉林、松原、四平、白城、辉南、延边、通化等8个地区;青少年短道速滑教练员都是本科学历,年龄范围主要在25~35岁,执教年限多数在3~8年,职称以初、中级居多,大多数教练员发表论文是迫于"聘职进称"的压力,发表论文是一个被动过程,不能很好地用科研手段解决平时训练中出现的问题;青少年短道速运动员训练及器材经费以自筹为主;多数家长支持孩子从事短道速滑运动;男、女甲组后备人才培养好于黑龙江省,乙、丙组则弱于黑龙江省。
In order to further advance and improve the reserved skaters" development system of short track speed skating in Jilin province, with the methods of documentary information, consulting experts, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and logical reasoning, the article has a research on the current situation of reserved skaters "development. The result shows that the main regions of developing the reserved skaters relate to Changchun, Jilin, Songyuan, Siping, Baicheng, Huinan, Yanbian and Tonghua. The coaches of junior skaters all have the university diploma and most of them are from 25 to 35 years older with primary or middle title and with experience in from 3 to 8 years teaching. Most of coaches are in the pressure from the title post to passively publish the papers and cant solve the problems of daily training with scientific means. The training and equipment of the junior skaters depend on the selffinancing. Most of parents can support their children to take parts in short track speed skating. The reserved men and women skaters of group A are developed better than ones in Heilongjiang province, but the group C and D are worse than in Heilongjiang province.
