农业的弱质性、外部性决定了政府财政必须对其进行扶持、投资.不同的投资项目对农村经济的促进作用不同,基于此,文章使用协整检验,建立回归模型,就财政对农业基础设施建设、农业科技、农业综合支持总量、支援农村生产支出、农村教育以及农村公共卫生的投入与农村经济发展的关系进行了检验分析,并根据模型结论提出了相关建议.

Public finance must be invested on agriculture because of its inferior and exterior. There had different functions on different investment projects. So co-integration inspection, regression model were adopted to inspect and analyze the relationship between financial investment on agriculture infrastructure, agriculture science, the overall production capacity of agriculture, production expenditure, agriculture education, public health and rural economy development. Some suggestions had been to the model.
