摘要 对食用菌分子生物学研究进展进行了综述,内容包括食用菌遗传转化所用的筛选标记、启动子、转化方法和存在问题,以及DNA分子标记技术在食用菌菌种和菌株鉴定、遗传多样性分析、基因定位和克隆研究中的应用. The progress in molecular biology of edible fungi was summarized, including screening makers, promoters, and transgenic methods and problems in edible fungi transformation; and the application of DNA molecular markers in variety and strain identification, genetic diversity, and gene mapping and cloning of edible fungi.
