大学生多元价值取向应对——基于成熟度视角

College Students' Multiple Orientation of Values Based on the Perspective of Maturity

从"社会转型"的经济视角、"文化多元"的社会视野、"自我实现"的人性观视觉及"人格形成"的心理视线四方面对大学生多元价值取向进行了内在机理剖析。思索高等教育发展历程中大学生成熟状态的演变,得出大学生价值取向愈单一其行为愈稳健成熟,反之则愈浮躁多变的结论,并佐以实证。进而提出提升当代大学生成熟度的相应对策。

The writers analyze the inner mechanism of college students＇multiple orientation of values based on the economic view of social transformation, the social vision of cultural diversification, the humane sight of self-realization, the psychological opt of personalistic formation. Pondering over the evolution of the maturity of the college students during the development process of higher education, we deduce the conclusion that the more singular the value of clarification to college students is, the more mature their behaviors are, whose reverse is true as well. We also integrate some special examples to put forward corresponding suggestions to improve the maturity of the college students.
