摘要
是否应该恢复"五一黄金周制度"的争论产生的原因可归结为经济短期发展与经济长期可持续发展之间、旅游业盈利目的与社会责任之间、带薪年假制理论与现实可行性之间的三大矛盾。目前我国假日改革在传统文化的弘扬、带薪年假制的执行、国民休闲意识的引导等方面仍存在问题与不足,假日改革和假日制度的完善需要从制度完善与相关意识培养等方面进行。
The argument on resuming the "Labor Day Golden Week" ended for now. However, the problem hasnt been solved. We presented here three contradictions which caused the argument. One is the contradiction in short term, long term and sustainable economic development, the second is conflict in pursuing tourism profit and for social responsibility, and the third is that regulations of paid annual leave of employees contradict with its feasibility. This paper will show that there still are some problems in reform of holiday pattern, such as to carry forward our national culture, in performance of the regulations of paid annual leave of employees, and developing culture of leisure. Thus, the authors concluded that the holiday Pattern needs to be improved and correlative consciousness and culture to be cultivated.
