摘要
MATLAB适用于压缩机复杂管系中由于气流脉动所引起的管道振动的气柱固有频率计算。一个较为复杂的管道系统,可看成由各种管道元件组成,这些元件分别为等截面管、容器、分支管道流入总管道构成的汇流点、两根不同截面管道构成的异径管等。对于每一种元件,都可以找到上、下游点及脉动压力和脉动速度之间的关系。然后根据边界条件即可得到复杂管系气柱固有频率方程。借助计算机,便可算出任何复杂管道系统的各阶气柱固有频率。
MATLAB is used for calculating the natural frequency of pipeline vibration gas column caused by the pulsating flow in complex compressor piping. A relatively complex piping system can be regarded as components of various pipeline elements, such as pipes of same section, vessels,conflux points that branch pipe flow into main pipe,and the different-diameter pipe which connected two pipes of deferent sections,etc.For each component, the relationship between the upstream and downstream points and between the pulse pressure and pulse rate can be found. Then, complex piping gas column natural frequency equation can be acquired according to the boundary conditions. And the column-order natural frequency of any complex piping system can be calculated by using computer.
