摘要
工程硕士培养是我国培养高层次人才的一条重要途径,侧重于工程应用,突出工程特色。现阶段工程硕士培养模式与工学硕士相近,这种培养模式不能满足企事业单位的要求。根据我校土木学院的具体情况,提出产学研相结合的培养模式,并分析了相应的质量保证措施。
The training of engineering master is an important way for training of high-level talents in China, which emphasizes particularly on engineering applications and highlights in engineering features. Nowadays the Training Mode of Engineering Master is similar to that of master in science of engineering; which doesn＇ t satisfy with the requirement of enterprises and institutions. According to specific condition of department of civil engineering in the college, the paper puts forward the training mode combined with CEEUSRO, and the guarantee measures for the quality of engineering master.
