VAE乳液及其所形成的胶粉在砂浆中性能差异初探

A Study on the Performance of Vae Dispersion and Polymer Powder Made by This Dispersion in Dry Mortar Product

近年来，由于各类特种干混砂浆产品逐渐被人们接受并得到广泛应用，作为特种干混砂浆的主要添加荆之一的可再分散乳胶粉也越来越被人们所关注，并有越来越多的厂家加入到可再分散乳胶粉的生产商行列，然而仅是将乳液制粉体是不是就完成任务了呢？笔者了解到很多厂家对于如何保证及控制胶粉的质量基本没有概念，因而笔者通过对比VAE乳液及同一乳液所生产出的胶粉在在砂浆里性能的差异来讨论喷雾干燥对于胶体性能的影响，通过数据说明选取不适合乳胶体及喷雾干燥的工艺条件会对胶体本身性能起比较大的影响。

Recently, due to widely accept and using of all kinds of special dry mortar products, Polymer powder, one of main additive of dry mortar product was being focus more and more, quite lots of company have interesting on producing polymer powder. But spray dry Dispersion was not simply and most of those producers do not have any idea on the quality control on polymer powder. Through test data, we will show that producing process have effect on the function of polymer it self, high quality polymer powder need suitable dispersion and producing process.
