摘要 为适应“环保”电池———镍氢电池对镍的纯度要求,建立了用JY38PLUS型顺序扫描ICP光谱仪测定镍粉中钴、铁、铜、锌、锰、镉、镁、钙、铝、硅、锡、铅、锑、铋、砷15个杂质元素的测定方法.方法考察了基体浓度、酸度对测定的影响,采用正交法确立最佳工作条件,方法的检出限在0.01~0.11μg/mL之间,标准加入回收为99.8%~119.1%,标准偏差在2.1%~12.3%之间.方法简便、快速、准确. This Paper reports the direct determination of Co,Fe,Cu,Zn,Cd,Mg,Ca,Al,Si,Sn,Pb,Sb,Bi,As fifteen impurities in Ni Powder with JY 38 PLVS type emission spectrometry in order to meet green battery demend for Nickel purity.In the experiment,the effects of matrix concentraction and acidity were considered;the selection of the best operation conditions was made by using orthogonal desiging method.Under the best operation conditions,the detection limits are 0.01to 0.11 μg/mL,the recoveries of standard addition 99.8% to119.1%;the relative standard deviation are 2.1%to 12.3%.This method is simple,rapid amd accurate.
