摘要 周32-11A侧平1井是江苏油田第一口开窗侧钻水平试验井,其钻井施工具有井眼轨迹不易控制、与邻井防碰难度大、目的层垂深不确定、润滑降阻要求高等特点。从开窗侧钻、井眼轨迹控制、与邻井防碰、地质导向、润滑降组、钻井液技术等方面介绍了该井钻井施工技术。主要施工经验有:在长井段滑动扭方位井段中间适当嵌入复合井段,有助于减轻岩屑床的厚度;使用柔性倒装组合,把单弯螺杆工具面转至低边,来回划井壁,有利于破坏岩屑床;在PDC钻头滑动钻进托压严重时,使用单牙轮钻头钻进,能减轻托压;使用地质导向技术能有效解决目的层垂深不确定的问题;低固相甲酸盐聚合醇钻井液是一种良好的侧钻水平井钻井液体系。 Zhou 32-11A Ceping 1 is the first horizontal sidetracking test well of Jiangsu Oilfield. The characteristics and difficulties of engineering about this well lie on these subjects as follows.it is difficult to control the trajectory and prevent collision from adjacent wells; the uncertainty of vertical depth of the purpose layer; the high requirements of reduced lubrication resistance,etc. In this paper, sidetracking from the window, well trajectory control,anti-collision from adjacent wells, geosteering, reduced lubrication resistance and drilling fluid technology are introduced. Experiences on the construction lie on the following, it helps to reduce the thickness of debris-bed when appropriately embedding combined hole section in the middle of the long twisting slide bearings well section; it is conducive to the destruction of debris bed by using flexible flip combinations, reaming the down-sidewall with singleturn screw; it can reduce the pressure by using the single-cone bit when there is serious backing pressure with PDC bit operation; using geosteering technology can effectively solve the issues on uncertainty of vertical depth of purpose-layer; low solids formate polymeric alcohol drilling fluid is a good drilling fluid system for sidetracking horizontal well.
