摘要
针对待射孔测试的油气层下部有已打开的油气层或较长空井筒的情况,研究出一种新型的射孔测试联作方法:射孔-跨隔测试-抽汲三联作工艺技术,实现了一趟管柱完成射孔、跨隔测试和抽汲三道工序。通过对射孔枪引爆瞬间对井下工具及仪器的破坏机理分析,完成了跨隔射孔-测试-抽汲三联作管柱设计、跨隔射孔封隔器设计、压力释放系统设计和压力计保护设计。现场应用表明,各项技术指标均达到设计要求,提高了试油速度,实现了负压射孔,避免了射孔过程中对已试油气层的污染;井筒储集小,压力恢复快,提高了测试一次成功率和测试资料质量。
A kind of combined testing technology is introduced, which can be used in the circumstance of reservoir below which there is perforated reservoir or long empty borehole. The technology can accomplish the three operation procedures of straddle test, perforation and swabbing through one string. By analyzing the damage mechanism of the instant detonation of perforating on the downhole tools and instruments, the design of the combined operation string of straddle test, perforation and swabbing, the straddle perforation packer, the pressure releasing system, and the pressure gauge protection were completed. Through field application, various performance indexes meet the design requirements. The time of oil testing is shorted, and the negative pressure perforation can effectively avoid the pollution of the tested reservoir during perforation. As the lower wellbore storage coefficient and the shorter pressure build-up period, the quality of testing data is raised, and the one-time success rate of testing is increased.
