摘要 利用FracproPT软件小型压裂分析模块对活性水注入、交联液注入和支撑剂段塞分析可获得各项重要参数。首先,通过降排量测试,确定近井扭曲及孔眼摩阻。其次,停泵后,摩阻消失,利用各种数学方法通过压降分析获得准确的裂缝闭合应力和地层渗透率。最后进行净压力拟合,得到交联压裂液的造壁系数和压裂液效率。小型压裂中观察支撑剂段塞进入地层的难易程度,现场调整砂浓和前置液量,确保施工成功。通过活性水注入分析和交联液注入分析得到了措施井闭合压力、近井弯曲摩阻、孔眼摩阻、液体滤失系数和油藏渗透率等重要资料,并在此基础上,对主压裂施工进行了调整。 FracproPT's minifrac analysis module was used for analyzing water injection, crosslink gel injection and a propped treatment schedule. First,we do a rate stepdown test to determine the influence of near-wellbore tor- tuosity and perforation friction. Then, friction pressure disappears after shut-in and the pressure decline can be analyzed to obtain fracture closure stress and formation permeability. At last, we match net pressure to get a wallbuilding coefficient and fracturing effects of fraturing fluid. If proppant slugs during the minifrac indicate a proppant entry problem, the proppant concentration and pad size would be adjusted on site. Prior to propped fracture treatments,water injection and crosslink gel injection were conducted inS20-26 well, to obtain information for fracture treatment analysis,which includes fracture closure stress, near-wellbore tortuosity, fluid leakoff behavior, and formation permeability. Based on the results from the minifrac, the propped fracture treatment for each well was redesigned on site and conducted on the same day.
