Objective Under the new situation,to provide the reference for strengthening market supervision of medical devices.Methods Analyzing the characteristic of the illegal sales about family health care and the recovery medical instruments.Results and Conclusions The authors propose five aspects as follows to strengthen the medicine applicator market supervision：controlling the market entrance,highlighting the initiative supervision,focusing on the society supervision,perfecting the supervision laws and regulations and combining the law forces.
