目的探讨医疗器械企业质量方针目标的管理。方法分析当前医疗器械企业质量方针目标管理中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。结果与结论部分医疗器械企业对质量方针目标管理存在意义认识不足、制定不切实际等问题,影响了质量管理体系运行的有效性,必须加强质量方针目标的管理,从而推动医疗器械整体质量的提高。

Objective To explore objective management of quality policy of the medical device company.Methods To analyze the current problems on objective management of quality policy of the medical device company,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Results and Conclusions In the part of the medical device companies,there are significant lack of knowledge of objective management,developing unpractical objective and other issues.The operation effectiveness of quality management system is affected. We must strengthen the objective management of quality policy, thus contributing to the improvement of the overall quality of medical devices.
