HPLC法测定复方感冒灵胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚和绿原酸的含量

Determination of Paracetamol and Chlorogenic Acid in Fufang Ganmaoling Capsules by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定复方感冒灵胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚和绿原酸的含量。方法用C18柱为固定相,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(15∶85∶0.15)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为280nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚和绿原酸进样量分别在0.6483～1.5127μg、0.0619～0.1445μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r分别为0.9999,0.9998(n=5),其平均回收率(n=5)分别为99.99%,99.47%,RSD分别为0.16%,1.29%。结论此方法可靠、准确、专属性强。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of paracetamol and chlorogenic acid in Fufang Ganmaoling Capsules.Methods The C18 column was used.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid（15∶85∶0.15）,and the detection wavelength was 280nm.Results The standard curves of paracetamol and chlorogenic acid were linear in range of 0.6483～1.5127μg（r=0.9999,n=5）,0.0619～0.1445μg（r=0.9998,n=5）,respectively,and the average recoveries were 99.99%,99.47%,respectively.Conclusions The method is reliable, accurate and specific.
