摘要 木霉广泛分布于自然界,因其对多种病原真菌具有拮抗活性而被应用于多种植物病害的生物防治。本文从竞争作用、重寄生作用、分泌抗菌物质、诱导抗性和促生作用5个方面就木霉菌对植物真菌病害的拮抗作用进行了综述;另外,还简要概括了拮抗木霉菌在生物防治中存在的问题以及今后应重点研究的方向。 Trichoderma spp.is ubiquitous distributing in natural environments.As their antagonistic activity against pathogenic fungi,a few of Trichoderma strains have been used to control plant diseases successfully.In this study,antagonisms of Trichoderma strains against plant fungal pathogens including competition,mycoparasitism,antibiosis,plant defensive and promoting plant growth were reviewed.Furthermore,problems existing in biocontrol of plant fungal diseases with Trichoderma strains and key research directions in the future were summarized.
