平顶山市工业可持续发展途径探讨

ON THE WAYS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRY IN PINGDINGSHAN CITY

工业的发展，既要最大限度地满足人们物质与文化生活的需要，又要创造人类与自然之间和谐的生产与生活环境。从可持续发展的角度出发，分析了平顶山这一典型资源型城市工业发展的条件和现状，针对平顶山长期以高耗资源和粗放粗营为特征的发展模式，提出了其工业可持续发展的途径，即：强化发展与保护意识；重视矿产资源的开发、管理和合理利用，加强对工业部门集中规划和统一管理，实现工业结构合理化及优化投资环境；建立资源节约型、在环境质量和资源基础上都可以长期承受的新型工业发展模式。

The development of industry must not only meet people's needs of material and cultural life to the highest lever,but also create a harmonious production and living envirornment between human and nature,In the view of sustainable development,this paper analyzes the condition and current situation of the industrial development in a typical city of the resourceful type,Pingdingshan city.And,pointing directly at the traditional development model which has the characteristic of high consumption and extensive operation the paper puts forward a way to the sustainable development of its industry:enhancing the consciousness of development and protection;thinking highly of the development,management and retional use of mineral resource;strengthening concentrated planning and unified management;realizing the rational structure of industry and improving investment environment;establishing a new pattern of industrial development which is of the resource conserving type and can be sustained in terms of realizing the environment quality and resource foundation for long.
