梅子垭旅游资源评价及开发、保护规划研究

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON EVALUATION AND PLANNING FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSERVATION OF TOURIST RESOURCES IN MEIZIYA AREA

在对三峡梅子垭区的旅游资源现状及其结构和功能进行评价分析的基础上，认为应大力发展该地的旅游业，并建议长江三峡地区统筹安排以形成该区旅游业发展的整体优势。对于区内旅游资源的开发则应以生态旅游为主，但是必须适度，即合理的开发度和保护度相结合；而且这种旅游资源的开发应该是可承受性的，这与当地整个社会—经济—自然复合生态系统的总承受能力有关。对于构成总承受能力的各种具体因素，如旅游区生态承受能力、社会心理承受能力、经济承受能力及技术承受能力等，在进行旅游资源开发的论证实施时都是必须认真考虑的。文中同时从风景体系规划、旅游服务体系规划、生态及环境保护规划、交通及中转和投资收益规划等五个方面对其规划设计进行了简要的论述。

Based on evaluation and analysis of tourist resources in Meiziya area,Hubei Province,this study concluded that developing tourism energetically in this area is practicable and necessary,and proposed that overall arrangement should be made to develop the advantage of tourism in whole Three George area.Eco tourism should be the major direction of development in the area and the development must be in a moderate degree.It means that both reasonable development and conservation should be considered.The development of tourist resources should be endurable and in concordance with the total capacity of the whole social economic capacity and technological capacity,should be considered during expounding and practicing the development of tourist resources.Some rules of planning for exploiting the tourist resources were also discussed through scenery system,tourist service system,ecological environment conservation,traffic and transfer,and income from investment in this paper.
