The thesis introduces the survey, ecological characteristics of the Panjin wetland, and the function of flood defense,environmental protection ,scientific research,protection of species, biological productivity and others.Simultaneously combining the characteristics of Panjin wetland it proposes to the comprehensive Utilization way of wetland resources,such as supply water, defense intrusion of sea water, environmental protection, tourism,breeding as well as the development resource of the oil and gas . Some advices of wetland protection,rational development and utilization are put forward.
