摘要
为了小型风力发电达机达到微风启动,强风制动的特点,对发电机叶片结构形式采用偏心轴式设计。首先叙述了偏心叶片的设计机理和特点,其次基于空气动力学基本理论,在一定简化条件下,推导出水平式风力发电风速和风压的计算关系式。以此为基础首次计算得出带有新型偏心轴叶片的小型风力发电机切入风速、切出风速、额定转速、最优偏转角度、偏心距等重要技术参数。该结果为小型风力发电机偏心轴式叶片设计提供一定的理论基础和指导意义。
