摘要 介绍了海门电厂1000MW超超临界机组自启停控制系统(APS)的总体设计方案,采用分层控制方式,减轻了机组控制级统筹全厂控制的压力;采用断点控制手段,适合火电机组多种运行方式。介绍了启动和停止过程断点设置及各断点实现的功能,阐述了机组升温升压过程中主要模拟量控制系统的全程控制策略。该总体设计方案和模拟量控制系统全程控制策略已成功应用于海门电厂1、2号机组的启停过程,实现了机组启停过程中各系统的自动投入和退出,尤其是顺利实现干湿态转换及湿态转干态后协调控制系统无扰切换顺利投入,验证了提出的总体方案设计和全程控制策略的合理性,对其他机组APS的设计和调试具有重要的参考价值。 The design scheme of the automatic power plant start-up and shut-down system (APS) in Haimen 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical units is introduced. The stratified control structure and the breakpoint manner are used in order to simplify the system design and fit the different operation modes. The breakpoints setting and breakpoints functions during start-up and shut-down are introduced. The global control strategy of the main analog control system during the process of the unit's start-up is illustrated. The scheme and analog control strategy have been successfully used in the start-up and shut-down process of the 1st and 2nd units in Haimen Plant, where the subsystems automatically in and out during the start-up and shut-down is realized, especially the undisturbed switch of coordinated control system during the transfering process from wet to dry and from dry to wet is implemented successfully. The rationality of the overall design and control strategy is verified. It is valuable to design and development of APS in the similar system.
