摘要
对北京四机位大跨度维修机库吊车在九种工况下的动力影响系数进行了实际测试。测试结果表明:吊车大车运行时产生的动力效应比小车大,高速运行时产生的动力效应比低速大;北京四机位大跨度维修机库的吊车动力影响系数应取1.20,以往工程设计中所取的经验值1.10偏小;屋盖为网架结构体系的大跨度维修机库吊车动力影响系数取值范围应为1.15~1.20。
The dynamic influence coefficient of the crane of the long-span hangar with four plane positions in Beijing is tested under nine load cases. The test results show that the dynamic effect caused by the crane cart is larger than that caused by the crane trolley, and the dynamic effect of the high-speed running crane is larger than that of the low-speed running crane. The dynamic influence coefficient of the crane of the long-span hangar with four plane positions in Beijing should be 1.20, and the empirical value 1.10 applied in the past project design is relatively small. The value range of the dynamic influence coefficient of the crane of the long-span space truss roof hangar should be 1.15 ~ 1.20.
