摘要
某噪声试验室由全消声试验室、浮筑基础、进排气消声装置及主体结构组成。其中全消声试验室为钢筋混凝土水平矩形筒体,通过浮筑基础支承在标高7.62m的一层楼板上,进气消声装置安装在屋盖网架结构中,排气消声装置通过设置夹层的结构方式安装在主体结构上。主体结构采用现浇钢筋混凝土框排架结构及钢网架屋盖,计算主体结构时对网架屋盖+进排气消声部分+下部结构进行整体分析,剖析了这一特殊复杂结构的受力特点并提出了简化的设计方法。为该类型试验室的结构设计提供了经验。
The acoustical testing facility is cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame/bent frame structure and steel lattice grids roof are used as the main structure.In calculating the main structure,lattice grids roof and air intake/exhaust muffler and substructure have been analyzed as a whole.Load bearing characteristics and simplified design approach of such sophisticated structure have been summarized,providing precious experience with respect to the structure design involved in this kind of testing facility.
